This section contains information on the latest call for applications to access the Business Incubator

Open call (deadline date: 31 december 2024)

The following documentation must be submitted to the UDC’s online portal:

  • Application form
  • Description of the business initiative
  • Documentation justifying that at least one person from the project is connected to the university (e.g.: registration, updated academic transcript, academic degree, employment contract, personal data from the UDC intranet, etc.).

In the case that the business was already established prior the launch of the call, the documentation, as well as the documentation established in Article 4.b of the Regulation must be submitted.

The purpose of handling this personal data is to manage access to the UDC’s Business Incubator. All those who manage this data for the aforementioned purpose shall comply with the duty of confidentiality established in Article 5 of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the protection of personal data.

By participating in this call, the interested party consents to the publication of their data in the resolution of the application, on the Official Bulletin Board of the UDC’s Online Portal, in the manner established in the 7th Additional Provision of Organic Law 3/2018, on the protection of personal data. Likewise, the interested party consents to the handling of their data for the purposes described above and shall have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without retroactive effect. The interested party shall also have the right to request, at any time, access to, rectification or erasure of their personal data as well as the restriction of its processing. The interested party also has the right to object to such processing and, except in cases of public interest and/or exercise of official authority, to request the transfer of their data. These rights may be exercised by sending a request to the following address: Secretaría Xeral, Rectoría da Universidade da Coruña, Rúa Maestranza 9, 15001 de A Coruña or by sending a signed letter with a photocopy of your ID card to the following e-mail: secretariaxeral@udc.gal, with the reference “protección de datos”. The interested party may also address this request directly to the Data Protection Delegate, at the same postal address indicated above, or by e-mail to dpd@udc.gal. The interested party also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
